Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by Mochi Motors Mobile (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for mobile automotive repair and maintenance services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of automotive repair services, refunds are not automatically provided once labor has been performed or parts have been installed.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Labor Charges

Labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If you believe an error occurred in the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, if necessary, correct workmanship-related concerns under our labor warranty.

3. Parts

Parts Supplied by Mochi Motors Mobile

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply.

  • Defective parts may be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Refunds for parts are subject to supplier return policies and may include restocking fees.

Customer-Supplied Parts

  • We do not offer refunds or warranties on customer-supplied parts.

  • Any additional labor required due to defective or incorrect parts will be billed accordingly.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits for special-order parts or scheduled services may be required.

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs before parts are ordered or work has begun.

  • If parts have already been ordered, refunds may be subject to supplier restocking fees.

5. Cancellations

  • If you cancel an appointment with reasonable notice (typically 24 hours or more), no fee will apply.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee to cover technician time and travel.

6. Unsatisfactory Service

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify Mochi Motors Mobile within a reasonable timeframe after completion.

  • We will evaluate the concern and may:

  • Reinspect the vehicle

  • Correct verified workmanship issues

  • Offer partial adjustments when appropriate

  • Our goal is to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing mechanical issues

  • Issues unrelated to services performed

  • Customer misuse or neglect

  • Incorrect customer-supplied parts
