These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mochi Motors Mobile website and services. By accessing our website or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
Mochi Motors Mobile (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile automotive repair services throughout Parker, Castle Rock, Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Elizabeth, and surrounding areas in Colorado.
1. Services
We provide mobile automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related services at customer-designated locations within our service area.
All services are subject to technician availability, location suitability, safety conditions, and parts availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:

The vehicle location is unsafe or inaccessible

Required working space is insufficient

The repair exceeds the scope of mobile service

Parts provided by the customer are incorrect or unsafe
2. Service Location Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree that:

The vehicle must be parked on a level surface

There must be at least 4 feet of working space on both sides of the vehicle

The vehicle must be legally parked and accessible

Keys must be available at the time of service

Pets must be secured away from the work area
Failure to meet these requirements may result in service cancellation or rescheduling fees.
3. Estimates & Payment
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Additional issues discovered during inspection may result in adjusted pricing.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved forms of payment including credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified at time of service.
Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or collection efforts as permitted by law.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer chooses to provide their own parts:

We do not warranty customer-supplied parts

We are not responsible for incorrect, defective, or incompatible parts

Additional labor required due to faulty or incorrect parts will be billed accordingly
We recommend using parts sourced by Mochi Motors Mobile to ensure quality and proper fitment.
5. Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty on labor performed.
If we supply the parts, manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to our labor warranty.
Warranty does not cover:

Customer-supplied parts

Normal wear and tear
-
Misuse or neglect
-
Damage caused by unrelated mechanical failures
Warranty claims must be reported within the stated warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mochi Motors Mobile is not liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Incidental or consequential damages

Loss of business, income, or time
-
Damage caused by third parties
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
7. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
8. Website Use
All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Mochi Motors Mobile and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure website accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
